I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone while snowboarding, especially with these thick-ass gloves on 😂 So glad this exists
While not as thick as cycling shorts, I can say that these helped on my ride the other day. I rode for more than an hour and my backside didn't get sore like it usually does. I rode the next day without them and noticed a big difference. I'll be wearing these going forward.
I brought the black pair and was very pleased with the fit, quality and comfort, they are great you can literally ride like you are wearing normal jeans, when I get to wear im going I take the knee pads out and put them in my bag and it is just like wearing a normal pair of jeans to walk around in, im extremely happy and just ordered another pair in blue, can't praise them enough 100% recommend
I have just used my jeans which I bought a couple of weeks ago from Ribble. I took a while to make up my mind on which jeans to buy but finally decided on a pair of Ribbles.
Absolutely no regrets at all comfortable feel good the armour does not ride round from your knees and sits comfortably on the hips. I like the stretchy denim and I would imagine as they get used and washed they will look even better. The pockets are all of a good size and sit nicely in position when on the bike.
I will buy a second pair but waiting for them to be produced in camo material which is shown on the label when you receive the jeans.
To sum up a big YES to these !
10/10 👍
These shorts are amazing, put 1400 miles on in 3 days riding a gsxr 1000 and stayed comfortable. Definitely recommend for sport riders.
Had the pants for 2 months now. My first impression was I bought them too small. I'm 6'2" 190lbs. Bought the Large 34 inseam. (I normally where large). After riding for two months the fit is comfortable, The fabric is stretchy so very forgiving in tight places. Road with them on a 5hrs road trip on a VFR 800 and no issue (comfortable). Costumer support was excellent. Ordered to Canada.
Such a simple idea but really useful. Keeps my phone attached when I'm out and about.
Used mine every day on our ski holiday. Especially useful on the lifts when you’re taking photos.
The big yellow face had everyone cracking up. Couldn't keep a straight face in our group photos.
Wore this on a weekend away with the lads and couldn't stop laughing. Everyone wanted to try it on!
As soon as they arrived, they fit perfectly on me, well made too
I was very surprised that I resent got my jeans delivered within the week but ordered a size large but found them a bit small and asked to exchange for extra large within the week I received them, and got a return slip the day after I received the jeans, fantastic service so if put this new review thanks you very much
I ordered the Renegade Riding Hoodie 2.0 on September 11, and it was delivered on September 26. I normally wear a 2XL, but I ordered the 3XL based on the sizing information. Going up one size was the right decision—it fits me well without feeling excessively loose.
The hoodie feels comfortable and well made. The Level 2 armor sits properly over my elbows and shoulders and stays in place without feeling overly bulky. It should provide a comfortable, casual alternative to a traditional motorcycle jacket while still offering certified protection.
I also own the Rippl Pure Grit riding jeans, and the hoodie will pair nicely with them as a complete riding outfit. I’m pleased with the fit and initial quality.
Pure Grit™ Riding Jeans 2.0, Order took a while to arrive that was a bit disappointing. However, these are well worth the wait and true to size. Riding in temps from 45F to 85F and these are very comfortable. They feel heavy in your hand but once they are on they are very comfortable and do not feel heavy at all. Added bonus, they seem to have added a slight bit of butt padding compared to my normal jeans so my long rides are lasting longer now.
This is hand's down the very best motorcycle backpack I have ever owned! The build quality is exceptional and it has way more storage than I expected! I got caught in a downpour the first time I used it and everything stayed in place and bone dry! Highly Recommended!
Bought a pair of these a month or so ago. Wore them for the first time yesterday for a ride with my CVMA chapter. They do have a bit of weight to them, not a bad thing. I started off in the AM. It was 46 degrees F out. I didn't even have to put my chaps on. I stay pretty warm for my hour ride to my chapter. Our ride went for 77 miles. It warmed up to about 70 degrees F. Still comfortable. I did sweat a bit after the ride. Then the ride back home, still comfortable. The cuffs has enough stetch that I was able to pull over my boots. I highly recommend these for rides. Summer time in the southern states might get quite randi.
The face looks even funnier in person. Got so many comments when I wore it out. Brilliant little purchase.
Bought it for a ski weekend and it was the star of the trip. So silly, love it.
Bought this for skiing because I was always worried about dropping my phone on the chairlift. Feels secure and doesn't get in the way.
Got my pair in yesterday. I ordered a 2xl but think I should have gotten the xl. They ran a little big for me but I have no butt which is why I ordered these. My legs go straight into my back. I rode in them for about an hour and felt a big difference. Its 105 degrees here in TX and my balls got pretty sweaty so Ill keep them and not try to return them. Definitely buy a second pair but a size smaller. 5 stars
I love the way they fit and comfortable I feel a lot safer riding my bike now just got one pair to see if I was going to like them, I do so Gona get myself another pair and showed a lot of riders them and showed them where to go to buy there own.
I'm satisfied with my purchase. They are well made. They protect your full bottom. I ride in Arizona all year around. My 1st ride with these riding jeans was on a 110 degree day. They are vented enough to be tolerable in this summer time heat. When I first pulled them out of the packaging, I was a bit surprised about how heavy they seemed. But after putting them on, the weight wasn't very noticeable. They fit well, have good give, and feel good. You can move well without feeling restricted while riding, walking, or sitting. Great Job Rippl!
The hoodie is heavy and feels good but there is no back protection and the pocket in the lining is too small to fit a medium protector. I'd like to install one but cannot find one to fit and have to wonder if one that does fit will give me adequate impact protection
