Important Notice for Customers without a Mailbox:
If you don't have a regular mailbox, please provide your P.O. Box details when placing your order. This ensures smooth delivery and prevents the product from being returned to the sender. Thank you for your cooperation.

Before you decide to return the item, please consider the environmental impact:
Only 54% of all returned packaging gets recycled. And an estimated $5 billion of returned goods end up in landfills each year.

Return Insurance (Free Returns)
We offer Return Insurance at checkout.
If you purchase Return Insurance, you are eligible for:

Returns Without Return Insurance
If Return Insurance is not purchased, returns are still accepted — however:

The full cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us first so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Important Notes About Ordering Multiple Sizes
If you have ordered multiple items (example: 3 pairs of jeans) to try on sizing, we may be unable to offer free returns for all items — even if Return Insurance was purchased.
Unfortunately, on occasions our returns service has been used to order many items of many different sizes to try on and then return. This makes the service unsustainable for us and the environment.
If multiple sizes have been ordered of the same product, we may need to charge a return fee based on your location.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition:

With tags/labels attached, barcode, and any armor padding where included

Unworn (trying on is okay)

If you are trying on underwear or shorts items such as LDX Ride shorts or Impact shorts, please only try these on over your underwear

Undamaged (unless already damaged before arrival)

Unwashed

Unaltered

Original packaging must be included
On receiving your returns our clothing items are all washed, treated with antibacterials and steamed.
How to Initiate a Return
Firstly email us at: support@ripplimpactgear.com with:

Your name

Your order number

The email address you used to order
Let us know what your issue has been so we can log this and ensure we offer a better service in future for more customers.
If your return qualifies for Return Insurance, we will send you a free returns label to print off.
If Return Insurance was not purchased, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return shipping process.
Please pack your items in a box and seal them securely with tape.

Affix the return label to the box

Drop the parcel off at the recommended drop-off location

Please keep hold of the receipt you receive from the drop off location for reference
Refunds
Once we receive your item back at our warehouse, we will check the return and process a refund within 3 days.
Please note refunds can take up to 5 days to reach your bank account depending on your bank.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
Once a refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Free Gift Offers
If you have received a free gift with your purchase, these items must all be returned within the same return package.
